Nirathanka, a Non-Governmental Organisation based in Bengaluru, takes great pride in its 16 years of dedicated work in areas such as education, healthcare, skill development, food security, and livelihood training. As part of its commitment to empowering women, Nirathanka provides external expert members for Internal Committee under the PoSH Act. Since 2017, the NGO has been organizing the Annual State-level HR Professionals Kannada Conference in Karnataka.
In line with its mission to promote women's empowerment, the Organizing Committee of the Seventh Annual State-level HR Professionals Kannada Conference is announcing THE BEST WOMEN EMPOWERMENT ORGANISATION AWARD. This prestigious award aims to recognize organizations that have taken proactive and innovative initiatives to effectively implement the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition, and Redressal) Act, 2013.
