Nirathanka is a Non-Governmental Organisation with a registered office in Bengaluru. The NGO has been working in the areas of education, healthcare, skill development, food security, and livelihood training for the last 15 years. Nirathanka has been providing services of deputing expert external members for Internal Committees under PoSH Act. The NGO has been organizing the Annual State-level HR Professionals Kannada Conference in Karnataka since 2017.
